iced dalgona mocha
with coffee jelly
So this trendy dalgona coffee goes: whip up 2 tbsp instant coffee + 2 tbsp sugar + 2 tbsp hot water until your arms are ready to fall off and then pour that over a cup of ice and milk. Fab explanation by James Hoffmann on how it all works: https://youtu.be/WHmpgMsW-aA.
Now, Chriscelle's done a version with tapioca, Benita's done a matcha version (with egg whites to help foam up). Our version's secret weapon? Chocolate milk, baby!
2020 July update: @flamcis came in hot with a coffee jelly recipe on her story. Turns out it goes amaaazing with this iced dalgona mocha. Delish.

3 tbsp instant coffee
1½ tbsp sugar
3 tbsp hot water
¼ cup chocolate milk
¾ cup milk
ice
for the coffee jelly
3 tsp instant coffee

1-2 tbsp honey (to your liking)
steps
MAKE THE COFFEE:
Whip together the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water for 3-4 minutes AKA a lifetime.
Pour mixture into your cup of ice + milk + that splash of chocolate milk.
