japanese curry chicken
ingredients
2 broccoli crowns
2 sticks of carrots
2 yellow-skinned potatoes
2-3 pieces of chicken breasts
lots of rice
½ box hot Golden Curry & ½ box medium Golden Curry
steps
cut up broccoli, carrots, potatoes, and chicken into cm cubes or inch cubes
start the rice
cook and brown chicken on high-ish heat
(separately) boil 4.2-4.5 cups of water
add in the potatoes and the boiled water
cover and let cook on low-ish heat for 5-7 minutes
add in carrots, re-cover and cook for another 3-5 minutes on medium heat
add in broccoli for 2 minutes
break up the 2 half boxes of curry and drop it in. stir until curry is dissolved. will thicken in a few minutes
