ingredients

  • brown rice

  • broccoli

  • poached egg

  • ¾ tsp soy sauce

  • ¾ tsp sesame oil

steps

  1. Cook brown rice. Drizzle in soy sauce and sesame oil.

  2. Steam broccoli. Poach / fry the egg. Lay both on top of rice.
