jenn im's dak galbi wraps
ingredients
3 tbsp gochujang
2 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp korean chili flakes
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
pepper
2 chicken breasts
romaine lettuce
steps
Start cooking brown rice.
Cut chicken breasts into bite sized pieces.
Tear and clean lettuce into wrap pieces.
Combine minced garlic soy sauce, rice vinegar, korean chili flakes, gochujang (red pepper paste), and pepper. Mix with chicken breasts. Toss to make sure chicken is coated evenly. Put in fridge to let marinade for 20-30 minutes.
Heat pan with 2 tbsps oil. Pan fry marinated chicken breasts. Season with pepper.
Serve chicken, brown rice, and lettuce leaves.
