orange coffee tonic
When we were in Chania, one of our favourite coffee shops was Pol Brew and they've got cold brew on the menu. The secret ingredient? _Orange zest_. So simple but SO good. This recipe is a combination of a pretty standard cold brew technique, our own favourite spicy water variant of that, and the Pol Brew orange zest addition.
_Notes_
Batch freeze orange zest every time you buy oranges! It keeps super well in the freezer and you can just drop it into your coffee tonic when ready
We really love the Fever Tree light tonic, specifically because we don't want the sweetness to overpower the coffee
